Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Wound Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/10/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Soliant Health is working with a premiere client in NYC who needs help filling a Wound Care RN position. to qualify for this role, you must hold and active NY RN license and have a Wound Care certification. This is a 5x8s day shift position with the following additional requirements: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Certified Home Health Agency or post-acute care facility. Minimum of 2 years of Public/Community Health and 2 years medical/surgical experience required. Previous experience in PI, i.e., knowledge of PI applications, tools and techniques and knowledge of the development, coordination and facilitation of PI programs.
