Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,326 per week

Summit Medical Staffing Nursing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 9 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Cath Lab Tech - 4x9 Day Shift: 0700-4:30PM 4 x 9 days M-F Must start with 3-4 weeks for the higher rate. On Call/Weekend Requirements: On call : 10 shifts/month: 1 Friday per month and 6 M-Thurs on call per month; 3 24-hour weekend call shifts per month (no other weekend requirement) Float Requirement: Local Rate within 60 Miles of facility Requirements: - BLS - ACLS - ARRT - MD Board of Physicians certified - 2 years of experience required with Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, ASD Closures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Right heart catheterization, and Temporary Pacemaker - Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, interventional radiology and special procedures experience preferred ; ep lab skills preferred to include insertion and programming of AICDs, pacemaker insertion and cardiac ablation - must have experience with Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose) with procedural Skills Preferred: Isolation Precautions, Use of Rapid Response team - 1 prior travel assignment required Facility Information: Unit Ratio: 5 Cases/Day Patient population: Adults, Geriatrics Scrubs: provided by unit, color ceil blue About Summit Medical Staffing Nursing Summit Medical Staffing was founded in 2014 and is based in Fremont, Nebraska.
