Product Manager

Global X Management Company LLC ("Global X") is seeking a highly motivated VP or AVP, Product Manager to join our Product Management & Enhancement team.Role OverviewThis role will serve as a key contributor to the Product Management & Enhancement team, supporting the firm's ETF and interval product range. The Product Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Global X's internal teams, parent company, and external service providers to drive the development and maintenance of Venture Fund strategies. Additionally, the Product Manager will monitor existing ETF products and their underlying indexes or strategies, assist in identifying and implementing firm-wide fund enhancement initiatives, address regulatory developments, and build a comprehensive understanding of the ETF ecosystem to support various areas of the firm.The Product Manager will gain broad exposure to the firm's existing 90+ ETFs across our Thematic, Income, Commodities, and International Access suites. This role provides high visibility to senior management and offers many opportunities for professional growth and career development.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between internal teams, the parent company, and external service providers, and coordinate tasks related to Venture Fund initiatives.Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Research teams to assess exposure, index methodologies, and competitive positioning for existing ETFs.Develop and oversee work plans for enhancement-related projects affecting current ETF offerings.Monitor third-party index providers and ensure ongoing index maintenance.Conduct quantitative analyses in Excel using third-party platforms like Bloomberg, Morningstar, and FactSet.Draft and review product-related regulatory filings and materials for board meetings and senior management presentations.Required SkillsStrong understanding of VentureInterval Funds, as well as Equity, Fixed Income, and Options strategies (e.g., covered calls, putwrites).Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (internal and external).Desired SkillsDemonstrated quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).Proficiency in MS Excel; coding experience (e.g., Python, VBA) is a plus.Education and Experience5-15 years of Venture FundsETFindex work experience.Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, math, economics, business or similar.Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, CFA charter) preferred but not required.Our OfferingGlobal X offers a competitive salary and benefits package with a hybrid work schedule.
