Paralegal - Capital Markets

Our client, an AMLaw 200 law firm located in NYC seeks a Capital Markets Paralegal with 5+ years of corporatetransactional experience to oversee the annual submission of Form 10-K, a detailed report submitted by publicly traded companies to the SEC that outlines their financial performance. Salary: $125,000 to $150,000. This is a hybrid position.Responsibilities include:Prepare and ensure timely filing of approximately 350 reports within a 2-week period for multiple clients of the firm.Collaborate with partners and clients to gather information regarding business operations, risk factors and financial statements.Maintain and track deal information.Manage and coordinate transaction closings, assisting attorneys with the review, organization, and preparation of closing documentation.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of corporatetransactional paralegal experience in a law firm.Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.Strong attentional to detail and follow up.Professional demeanor
