Joint Commission accredited along with the recognition from the American College of Surgeons as a Quality Surgical Partner-Accredited Metabolic and Bariatric Center make this a prime location for the new Nurse Supervisor Surgical Services.The Surgical Services RN Supervisor will report to the RN manager with responsibilities that include: daily operations of the operating room, management of schedule and staffing assignments, collaborative work with other disciplines within and outside of department, quality assurance monitoring, program development, development and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance reviews, creating and conducting performance improvement activities, and delivering perioperative care consistent with hospital and department policies.
