We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and follow-upsIdentify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and solutions, and achieve sales targetsDevelop an in-depth understanding of our client's metal products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customersProcess customer orders, provide pricing information, and ensure timely delivery of productsAddress customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfactionWork closely with the outside sales team, operations staff, and other departments to ensure seamless serviceStay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities Inside Sales Representative Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related fieldPrevious experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service (experience in the steel or metals industry is a plus)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM softwareHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA team player who thrives in a collaborative setting Inside Sales Representative Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based prehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
