The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all products meet client-specific quality standards while managing inventory, documenting quality processes, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who excels in data management and communication. The ideal candidate will contribute to process optimization and quality enhancement while addressing evolving client requirements.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality processes, inspection reports, and compliance measures to ensure regulatory and customer standards are ventory Management: Oversee inventory processes, ensuring materials and products are available, stored correctly, and used efficiently in line with quality standards.Client-Specific Data Management: Organize and manage data for individual clients, tracking each buyer's unique quality specifications and updating as requirements change.Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and resolve quality-related concerns proactively.Quality Control Process Oversight: Monitor production and product quality at all stages to detect and address deviations from standards pliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to international quality and regulatory requirements in chemical manufacturing.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for quality process enhancements and inventory optimization.QualificationsSkills:Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within chemical manufacturing or related industries.Data Management: Strong skills in data organization, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM systems, and quality management software is preferred.Client Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.Quality Assurance Expertise: Deep understanding of quality control processes, regulatory standards, and compliance frameworks.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage diverse client-specific requirements.Process Improvement: Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.TriAim is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
