The candidate should have 3 years' experience in direct OEM sales, bilingual preference English & Spanish , understand the international logistic requirements. Experience developing and meeting sales goals is a must. Essential Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities:Develop sales projection that achieve company goals for profitability and growth, and manage accounts to accomplish those goalsCreate and implement business development strategies to attract and sell to our target customerManage daily requests from existing customer base to meet their expectations for price, delivery, and service.Accept and respond to customer quote requests promptly and accuratelyLog details pertinent to customer requests in established sales softwareUtilize quote portal and workflows to achieve highest efficiency in communications with suppliers and coworkers.Work with vendor to establish pricing, lead times, and components requirements prior to purchasingAdhere to all pertinent aspects of OCP ISO- 13485:2016.Perform administrative duties essential to moving the order process through our system MacolaPart NumberBOMRouter entry and maintenanceProduce and maintain all required product documentationOrder entry, and maintenance throughout sales cycle as information changesManage order expedite report so customer expectations are viewable by OCP staff responsible for meeting them.Respond to all customer request for project details and statusProcess required ECN, RMA, Customer Complaints, etc... as neededTravel to customer sites as necessary to move sales and production agendas forwardDevelop and maintain monthly forecasts and ongoing project statusWork with Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales strategiesBe expert in emerging market trends, and establish business development strategies to advantage those trendsImplement business development strategies to ensure company remains relevant and thriving.
