ABOUT THE JOBWilson Daniels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and marketing team. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSTHE DAY-TO-DAYAssist management with travel planning, booking, and expense reporting.Develop and maintain presentation templates for the sales team.Take notes during management calls and follow up on action items.Coordinate and host visits from distributors, customers, team members, and producers.Proactively manage and analyze Distributor Network Reporting to ensure accuracy.Collaborate with the business intelligence team to maintain data integrity.Manage sales and marketing travel calendars.Follow up on sales leads and market event opportunities.Support the planning and execution of National Sales Meetings.Manage general office tasks, including filing and correspondence.Serve as a superuser of company administrative systems.Maintain accurate contact lists for distributors, producers, and internal teams.Create one-off reports for programming updates, account analysis, etc.Manage relationships with hotel anize and maintain SharePoint folders.Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position and that the duties and responsibilities may change without notice.AM I THE RIGHT FIT?
