We are seeking a for a Data Entry Specialist Intermediate (3-6 years) very important client.The Specialist will be responsible to process static update for alternative ASF Account tro Marketing Language: Apply today for a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a high performing, dynamic team!Job Summary:As an Account management Specialist, you will be responsible for creation and maintenance of broker and client reference data as per requests from various stakeholder and authorized business partners . You must be very detail oriented and able to plan ahead. Job Responsibilities : - Processing in line with Standard Operating Procedures and firm policies. Manage the Lender & Borrower setup (New & Incremental accounts), static setup including NAV, price of the assets across Agency Lending systems flawlessly and within the SLA.Learning and navigating systems effectivelyProviding answers to routine queries via phone and email.Exhibiting effective communication with key stakeholders. Perform validation tasks to ensure completeness and accuracy of processing.Work with the counterparties to resolve any discrepancyqueriesIdentify & escalate all exceptions in a timely mannerWork with Global Operation team to gain a comprehensive knowledge of processesUpdating Static request for Account management for Securities LendingUpdating Price of the securities as requested by stakeholders.Updating NAV for the client as requested by the RM's.Managing the ALD queries from the borrowers and provided the requested information within the SLA.The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:Required qualifications, Capabilities and Skills You should have intermediate knowledge skills of MS office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.Thrives in a team-oriented environment but can also work by oneself.You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business.Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment and prioritize appropriately.Ability to articulate complex scenarios like terms of events, investigations, and results.You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage relationships, both internal and external.Preferred qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :Financial Services experience of 2 years and working knowledge of the Securities Lending and Custody productsThe candidate will be aware of the large financial risks that can be incurred through operational errors and negligenceAbility to follow industry news and understand how this impacts daily processes and understanding of regulatory rules and controls
