Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel  Must know how to scrub Unit Information:   CATH LAB TECH (746) Facility:   HCA FLORIDA KENDALL HOSPITAL Address:   11750 Bird Road, Miami, FL   33175 Floor: Building: Cost Center: 746 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): ·        Number of Beds: 4 rooms, 1 patient per room ·        Number of Staff: 22, consist RN' and Techs ·        Type of Staff:   o    Day Shift: Director, manager minimum 3 staff members per room, o    Night Shift: On-call team, 4 staff members on STEMI call, ·        Patient Ratios - 1:1 ·        Type of Equipment: all GE rooms ·        Documentation System: Meditech and MacLab ·        Call Requirements: Maximum 15 days call during critical periods Typical Hiring Profile   Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role ) ·          BLS, ACLS ·           List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):   ·        Cardiac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently) ·          RCIS ·        ARRT Dress Code : ·        Scrub Color - Surgical Scrubs, Unit will provide Awards/Recognition:   Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, etc.   ·        Huddle calls daily, development of relationships with Director, staff and patients paramount ·        Gold seal of approval, well run department, excellent Director   Planet Healthcare Job ID #.
