The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, etc. ResponsibilitiesIdentify partnership opportunitiesDevelop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expandMaintain existing businessThink critically when planning to assure project successQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years' prior industry related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-oriented. Experience in plastics packaging, thermoforming, food packaging, blow molding, blown film or injection molding is highly preferred. Experience in B2B sales is a must. This position offers a very competitive base salary, bonus potential, car allowance and comprehensive benefits. Extensive travel is required.
