Contract Duration: 12+ MonthsRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree.2 to 5 years of experience (e.g. operations, transaction management, product management).LoanLending facility operational background.Demonstrated experience in deal implementation, deal maintenance, and direct interaction with termediate level of expertise with Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge.Desired Skills & ExperienceAviation experience.What You Will Be DoingAssist in the implementation and maintenance of capital markets transactions including but not limited to Aviation loan facilitiesABS Aircraft Securitizations.Support transaction managers in managing high volume New Loan DrawsFundingAmortizationPrepaymentsInterest PaymentsCommitment FeesAmendments to Credit and Security Agreements.Manage Lender Waiver Requests & Ongoing communication with the Aviation Banking Team, Delaware Loan Ops and TM on both new and existing facilities.Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions, including posting documents to Debt Domain.Assist with supporting the distribution of relevant rate reset notices.Assist Transaction Managers in completion of internal projects related to their transactions and to the company.Assist with management of document custody request of releases.Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions.Adhere to the company's Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing and deal maintenance.Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity and reporting.Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients
