Title: Sr Project Supervisor installation lead Duration: Long term Location: New York , NY(ONLY W2)ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed implementation estimates for servicesmaterials in support of proposal efforts.Develop hardware and material requirements based on construction release documents.Develop pre-build and on-site planning and schedule for the project implementation phase.Coordinate installation effort with PM, engineering & client representatives.Collaborate with PM team to acquire installation resources (project-hire and third-party).Collaborate with PM team in identifying anyall remote requirements (housing, travel, etc.).Collaborate with PM to provide project implementation budgets, monitor scope issues, and adjust team assignments consistent with budgetschedule constraints.Collaborate with Logistics team to ensure timely arrival of project equipment and materials.Manage on-siteremote implementation team with all install related tasks.Provides regular client interface while on site.Manage implementation team members vacationtime off requests, advancement, demotion andor disciplinary action.Approve andor generate project-hire time sheets on a weekly basis.Generate and publish progress and material requirement reports.Provide documentation markups to Engineering team for publishing as-built documentation.Manage multiple projects concurrently.Required Qualifications5-7 years in the broadcastmedia industry as an Installation Lead or Project Supervisor.Extremely proficient in the implementation of large-scale professional media systems.Highly organized yet able to efficiently accommodate project schedule and other changes.Ability to travel for extended periods of time and work extended hoursweekends as required.Ability to readinterpret all forms of systems documentation including system diagrams, block diagrams, electrical schematics, configuration tables, elevations, floorplans, and run lists.Experienced with contemporary cable and connector types and fabrication methods.Able to explain and demonstrate all applicable installation techniques, procedures, and processes to team members.Familiar with commercial building trades, organization and procedures used and how they relate to the implementation of professional media systems.Excellent collaborative skills and ability to maintain positive work relationships.Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional research and reporting skills.Adept with Microsoft Word and Excel and other contemporary tools.
