Come be a part of our team and join the fun!Position Overview:Our Business Analysts (BA) function as an individual contributor position while still being a key contributor on a project team responsible guiding customers through the implementation of Salesforce solutions using Silverline's agile methodology. The BA will engage customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria. You will also articulate to customer stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approach. This role is vital to our project and customer success.Primary Responsibilities:Lead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers' business, functional, and technological requirementsSynthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentationPerform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirementsDesign elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving: configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionalityDraft custom development specifications and manage the delivery and testing of the functionality by Development resourcesIterate on solutions through a BuildTestReview cycle with customer Product OwnerDevelop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution's end usersWork with a Silverline Engagement Manager to manage a project to scope, budget and timeline expectationsRequired Qualifications:BABS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering - or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred5 or more years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst3 + years experience working in Financial Services, ideally as an implementation consultant3 + years experience working in a consulting environment3+ years working on projects implementing Salesforce products such as, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud...etcExperience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineeringExperience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirementsExperience with data migrations from third party systems to SalesforceExperience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applicationsUnderstanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business modelsUnderstanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinkingGreat teamwork and collaboration skillsWork Location Requirement: Must be able to work on-site in NYC 3-5 daysweekMust be authorized to work for any US employerDirect Applicants Only, 3rd party submissions will not be considered.
