Senior PMO - Wealth Management

Our Client, a Gloabl Investment Bank, is seeking a Senior PMO within their Wealth Management Platforms Group in New York, NYJob Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Consultant to support program delivery, risk monitoring, scope management, budget tracking, and management reporting. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business, Risk, Technology, and Product Management, to ensure seamless program oversight, effective decision-making, and alignment with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will assist in building efficient platforms that enhance user experience and operational support, contributing to the realization of senior leadership's vision.Key Responsibilities:Reporting and Presentation Support:Create and prepare templates, draft slides, populate reporting templates, consolidate materials, and reconcile data across multiple sources.Meeting Coordination:Set up meetings, draft preliminary agendas, take meeting notes, and ensure follow-ups for key action items.General PMO Support:Maintain key trackers, drive items to completion, and flag issues requiring attention.Data Reconciliation:Perform detailed data reconciliation, especially for budget-related processes.Liaison for Offshore Teams:Collaborate with offshore platform functions to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives.Release Documentation:Draft release notes and summaries tailored for various organizational levels.Experience:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management operations or related roles within the financial services industry.Experience partnering with stakeholders across diverse business areas.Skills Required:Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of accountability and relationship-building.Lateral thinking and the ability to understand and convey the big picture while identifying risks, trends, and solutions.Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including active listening, research, and presentation, tailored for varied audiences.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
