Performs tasks involved in the upkeep and repairs of process equipment, including the building and grounds. Installs, maintains, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, electronics, mechanical, and electrical systems. Performs inventory of maintenance parts and supplies. Successfully negotiates and interacts with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal personnel. Expected to be a self-starter, productive time manager, work independently, and follow safety standards. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.-- Perform general maintenance on the building and machines.-- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on machines including HVAC units.-- Track and monitor PMs for functional urgency through inspection.-- Develop, coordinate, and track Project List activities.-- Offer diagnosis for equipment and machine malfunctions.-- Perform urgent repairs for malfunctions.-- Replace belts on motors, filters, bearings, etc.-- Maintain and repair electrically powered equipment.-- Perform minor electrical work (not requiring a license) replacing bulbs and fuses.-- Maintain machinery, equipment and tools by cleaning, lubricating, greasing, andor oiling to ensure optimum working order.-- Plan, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairsreplaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.-- Apply carpentry techniques to construct, alter, repair, andor install walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, roofs and gutters.-- Apply paint, varnish, and stain to materials for protection and beautification.-- Perform machine installations and relocations.-- Use proper tools and equipment.-- Enter completed work information into a worksheet andor into CMMS system for submission.-- Order and make recommendations for requisition parts.-- Ensure a high level of safety is adhered to always on and off the production floor.Knowledge and Skill-- Valid driver's license-- Three years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial setting preferred-- Possess an understanding of powder coating process, equipment, and operation -- Ability to read, write, and understand English -- Ability to read and understand prints, Bills of Materials, and wiring schematics-- Ability to prioritize by managing multiple tasks-- Exceptional accuracy with attention to detail-- Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed -- ProfessionalismCompensation details: 25-29 Hourly WagePIcdf16b339da7-25660-36538865
