Come join our dynamic team!Responsibilities The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers and Ownership teams to:Project Coordination:Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects.Monitor project progress and provide updates to management through look-ahead schedules, daily reports, and presentations.Help prepare project schedules, meeting minutes, and reports.Track project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, contracts, submittals, and anize, maintain, and distribute construction documents, such as drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.Client and Consultant Interaction:Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.Prepare deliverables for client review, including research, data analysis, and site inspection reports.Report to ownership teams, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track follow-up items.Data Management and Analysis:Develop tracking logs, research matrices, RFQRFPs, and comparison charts for owner consultants.Track master project budgets and schedules throughout all project phases.Assist in compiling, reviewing, and maintaining project-related logs (RFQRFP, RFIs, Change Orders, etc.).Technical and Administrative Support:Conduct take-offs for all trades and assist in estimating labor, materials, and delivery costs.Provide support for procurement activities, including buyouts and field mobilizations.Assist with contract administration, such as drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts and invoices.Support document circulation and record-keeping between subcontractors, owners, and architects.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field (preferred).Experience:3+ years of relevant experience in the architectureengineeringcommercial construction industry.Familiarity with large-scale construction projects and processes.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Understanding of construction methods, materials, sequences, and architectural drawingsspecifications.Basic knowledge of construction schedules, blueprints, and project specifications.Core Competencies:Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes (preferred).CompensationSalary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).Benefits:Dental, Health, and Vision insurancePaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesWhy Join Us?We take pride in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
