Dynamometer Technician -- Industrial Machining (34730)

An international industrial machinery manufacturer in the Farmington Hills, MI area is seeking a Dynamometer Technician who is responsible for the repair and troubleshooting of machinery at customer sites.Dynamometer Technician Responsibilities Include:Travel to customer sites to install or repair dynamometer test equipmentPrepare quotations for service to customersPrepare and present final reports to customersProvide warranty service and supportMaintain customer relationship and promote parts salesOther duties as assigned by management Dynamometer Technician Requirements:Prefer at least an Associate's degree in Engineering or related field or relevant overall experienceAt least 3 years of related field service experienceExperience with dynamometer test equipmentAutomotive- or engine-related experienceAbility to travel up to 50 percentMust have valid driver's licenseThis position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel partsequipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
