Role DescriptionThis is a Fullt-Time hybrid role as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at BNB Leverage LLC. We are a fast growing company that helps investors acquire investment properties that they can use as a short term rental. Paired with that company, we have a design firm where our designers will fly out to the property and decorate the entire home. We also have an education platform for our clients to help them become experts in this industry. We are currently one of the top real estate education companies out there.The successful candidate will be required to complete a variety of tasks such as managing email and calendar, preparing documents and presentations, assisting with travel arrangements, and performing general administrative tasks. This is a role located in Denver, CO, with some flexibility for remote work.We are looking for someone who is organized, energetic, fun, and growth-minded. This candidate will be spending a lot of time with the CEO's as they will be assisting and communicating with them majority of the time.Tasks include:Scheduling meetings on the calendarOverseeing financialstaxesJob postingsScreening through hiresHandling bi-weekly payoutsManaging personal investmentsHandling personal life tasksOrganizing CEO's personal lifeCalling handy mans, cleaners, etc when neededTaking dogs to groomersRunning errandsDrop off and Pick up dry cleaningChecking in on Real Estate propertiesAssisting with the team (as needed)Booking flights and arranging travel for business and personalTry to predict or see potential issues and problem solving what the CEO will needPROBLEM SOLVINGBEING FLEXIBLE (CEO's travel often and sometimes will need to arrange last minute plans)Being open to handling one of tasks that CEO's can't handle.Being available via textslack after work hoursweekendsQualifications4+ years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, or in a similar administrative roleAbility to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google SuiteExcellent organizational and communication skillsProven ability to think critically and problem-solve on behalf of senior executivesStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersBachelor's degree or higher in Business, Administration, or related field is preferred
