Title: Program Manager II (Direct to Consumer Sales)Location: New York, NY or Burlingame, CADuration: 12 MonthsProject OverviewThis Direct to Consumer Sales Program Manager will drive the performance of our first and third party accessories globally. The right candidate will be detail oriented and analytical. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, working directly with the cross-functionally with Channel Marketing, Web Marketing, Order Operations, Product, Sales Analytics and other teams to optimize our opportunity and drive sales results.Responsibilities:Drive assortment and sales performance of first- and third-party accessories across all DTC surfaces and capabilities globally.Manage catalog tooling for availability, assortment, pricing and promotions for accessoriesPartner with Operations teams to optimize and secure product inventory availabilitySeek out data, provide insights, and deliver foresight that drives the growth of DTC salesDirectly intersect and manage 3rd party accessories vendor relationships and sales planning into the Meta DTC channel.Partner with cross-functional peers in Web Marketing, Order Ops, Sales Analytics, etc. to optimize our DTC businessOwn inventory planning inputs with Demand PlanningReview Sell Out data to identify new opportunities within existing product rangesMust Have Skills:Sales management in e-commerce andor retail (tech background)Partner Management and CommunicationExecution skills and extremely detail orientedNice to Have Skills:Anyone who has worked at companies like Amazon or E-Bay (Online e-commerce team of big organizations)Knowledge or experience in virtual reality spaceData analytics background or mindsetEducation:Bachelor's degree requiredCompensation:The estimated pay range for this position is USD $63.00Hr - USD $68.00Hr.Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
