Job Posting: HR Generalist - Employee Relations FocusWe are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team, focusing on fostering strong employee relations and supporting various HR functions. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.12+ month assignment Pay rate $28-$30hrKey Responsibilities:Act as an HR Generalist specializing in employee relations, handling workplace issues, and conducting investigations into code of conduct violations, disrespectful behavior, and corrective actions.Provide performance management guidance and policy adherence support to employees at all levels.Support recruiting efforts, particularly for senior-level openings, while assisting in broader HR Generalist functions.Partner with the HR Director on projects involving benefits administration, compensation, and safety programs.Perform administrative and tactical tasks, ensuring smooth departmental operations as a skilled HR Generalist.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations.Proven ability to manage investigations and performance-related matters.Experience working as an HR Generalist in a hybrid work environment.Labor union experience is a plus but not required.If you are an experienced HR Generalist passionate about employee relations and contributing to a positive work environment, we encourage you to apply!IMPORTANT: The HR Generalist job is being recruited for by Adecco's National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
