Senior Financial Analyst - Investment Analysis

Overview:One of our clients, a leading restaurant group based in Orlando, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst - Investment Analysis to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have project management experience, and be adept at providing detailed financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions. Relocation will be provided for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling for new and existing investments, including potential acquisitions, partnerships, and capital expenditures.Prepare detailed investment memos, financial models, and presentations to support executive decision-making.Analyze financial performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities to improve investment outcomes.Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisitions or investments, including gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to leadership.Manage and oversee the preparation of investment performance reports, including return on investment (ROI), internal rate of return (IRR), and other key performance indicators.Provide recommendations on portfolio optimization, capital allocation, and investment strategies to maximize company growth and profitability.Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to investment analysis, including coordinating with other departments (e.g., finance, operations, legal).Track and monitor the performance of existing investments, preparing regular updates and performance reviews for senior management.Develop and implement processes for improving the efficiency and accuracy of investment analysis and reporting.Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine business strategies and financial projections.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on investment analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.Strong experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and create detailed projections.Knowledge of key investment metrics such as ROI, IRR, NPV, and cash flow analysis.Strong attention to detail and the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to senior management and non-financial stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA or similar professional certification a plus.
