Revenue Manager Chicago - hybrid, 3 days a week in the office$110,000 - $120,000 + bonus and benefitsThe Company A Revenue Manager role is available for this world leading Law firm who has developed an enviable reputation for advising world-leading corporate and financial institutions across some of the world's leading companies and financial institutions including a significant number listed on the Fortune 100, FTSE 100 and DAX. Covering a broad range of practices including Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property, Joint Ventures & Strategic Alliances, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate, the business operates across Asia, the Americas and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and diverse organisation. This is a key role where you can drive the day-to-day activities and administration related to the Firm's collections procedures and you will be involved in the transformation of the team.Key Responsibilities of the Revenue ManagerWorks directly with partners to ensure optimal execution and management of their WIP, billing and collectionsResponds swiftly with a solution focused response to all inquiresObtains expert command of assigned partners' portfolios to minimize partner's involvement Independently prioritizes and schedules work to meet client and partner expectationsExecutes client invoices timely and accuratelyEnsures invoices comply with all client or third party requirementsWorks directly with clients to obtain quick and full payment of invoicesEnsures swift resolution of invoicing and collection disputesMaintains current documentation of statuses, action plans and processesUtilizes data to gain insights and identify opportunitiesCreatively conceives innovative means to achieve cycle effectivenessProactively builds strong relationships with partners, clients and colleaguesSkills & Attributes of the Revenue ManagerBachelor's degree, preferredYou will have revenue management experience from a law firm or other large Professional services businessLegal billing experience is highly desirableAt least three years of professional experience, preferredYou will be technology savy, including Microsoft suite - advanced Excel (lookups, SUMIF, pivot tables, etc.)Meticulous attention to detail, quality and accuracy in execution of tasksSharp critical thinking and analytical skillsTenacious follow through and problem solving abilitiesPolished communication skills, both verbal and writtenTakes ownership and accountability for work output and actionsFollow us on LinkedIn for up-to-date industry news and our latest vacancies: and can only be considered from those eligible to live & work in the USA without restriction.
