You'll help bring the virtue of hospitality to life while we create an environment that allows you to be your best self and grow.What You'll DoAs the Assistant General Manager at Dean's Italian Steakhouse, you will:Lead and mentor the front-of-house team, including other managers, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.Oversee and manage the beverage program, ensuring quality, inventory control, and staff training while maintaining cost efficiencies.Hire, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service aligned with our upscale dining standards.Collaborate with the kitchen and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and consistency across all departments.Handle guest relations with professionalism, promptly resolving concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring efficient service delivery.Support operational goals by driving profitability and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.What You'll Bring3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining establishments.Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams, including other managers.Strong expertise in food and beverage, with a focus on overseeing comprehensive beverage programs.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving mitment to delivering superior guest service and operational excellence.Sommelier certification or wine management experience is a plus.What You Can Look Forward ToMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits from Day 1.Paid Vacation Time after six months of employment.Paid Sick Leave and Parental Leave.Employee Assistance Program (including mental wellness and counseling services).401(k) with company matching.Referral Bonus.Tuition pany-paid short-term disability and basic life insurance.White Lodging is an equal opportunity employer.
