Senior Finance Associate

Company Information:Viridi Energy, LLC (Viridi) is a leading Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) developmentoperations company focused on creating strong partnerships with biogas source owners in the landfill, agricultural waste and food waste sectors to harness the power of their feedstock for biogas in the global effort to decarbonize. The Viridi business model is to provide turnkey decarbonization solutions from thorough source investigation through design, construction, and operations. The Finance Sr. Associate position will report directly to the Vice President of Finance.Location: Flexible but ideally, Houston or Dallas, TXDuties and Responsibilities:●     Develop financial models and analysis to support new investment decisions ●     Communicate analysis and insights effectively with senior management and private-equity sponsor (Warburg Pincus) ●     Work with business development team to evaluate new investment ranging from greenfield projects to M&A opportunities●     Assist in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans●     Prepare investment memoranda for senior management and Board of Director meetings●     Assist with financial and accounting due diligence for acquisitions ●     Coordinate with commercial, operations, engineering, legal, and others through project development stages●     Other miscellaneous financial tasksQualifications:●     Bachelor's degree in Finance●     Minimum of two-years at an investment bank or similar corporate experience that required financial modeling●     Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel●     Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment●     Detail-oriented●     Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsThe position has competitive compensation and full employee benefits.
