Associate Director - HR Business Partner - Employee Relations ManagerLocation: Warren New JerseyJob Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations issues ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment This role requires strong interpersonal skills a deep understanding of employment laws and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretionKey Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances and provide recommendations for resolution• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and employment laws• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues and best practices• Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to employee relations and workplace policies• Stay UpToDate with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the company's policies are compliant• Oversee compliance function and ensure organization is aligned to federal and state regulationQualifications• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field• 11-15 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills• Certification in HR eg SHRMCP PHR is a plusPreferred Skills• Experience in a corporate environment• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong organizational and time management skills• Proactive and able to take initiativeBenefitsperks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree ("LTIM"):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveLTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
