Program Manager

Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a Program Manager to join their team in Moutain View, CA!**This is a 9-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**As the Program Manager, you will support the team and 3rd party partners with program management, business operations, operational improvements, communications, and eventvisit planning.Responsibilities:Program Management: Lead and execute complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of results.Business Operations: Develop and manage operating mechanics, analyze and improve operating processesEvent preparation: Support the team in researching, planning, and executing events such as partner visits and program launchesStakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive successful program implementation.Desired Skills:5+ years of experience in program management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to manage stakeholders and 3rd partiesExperience working on the supply side of a two-sided networkExperience in the tax, accounting, call center andor or BPO industriesStrong understanding of businessteamprograms operations principles and best practices.Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabilityvets.
