You don't have to take our word for it that we are a great place to work"”we were named on the 2023 Top Workplaces list thanks to feedback from our proud employees.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or HSD with 5+ years of experience in a related fieldInnovative thinker with excellent organizational and project management skillsProblem solving skills specific to Controls systemsExperience supervising or leading a team of technicians and engineersExcellent presentation skills, both written and oralMicrosoft suite (ppt, excel...)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Information Technology Systems Understanding of PLC ProgramingUnderstanding of HMI Development; WinCC and Factory Talk ViewManufacturing automotive process engineering knowledgeCAD software (ePlan AutoCAD) experienceExperience developing bid packages for new equipmentExperience with robotsKnowledge of style tracking, RFID Technology related to plant floor automationDemonstrated team leadership and communication skillsSelf-directed and motivated to implement change within the direction and scope of clientAbility to effectively communicate and present to Senior Management5+ years of Manufacturing, Engineering and Information Technology with an emphasis on Strategic Planning, IT Applications and Plant Floor OperationsStrong and proficient understanding of Computer Programming Skills (SQL, HTML, JAVA)Experience with PLC interlocks with robots, ICT drivers for FIS, AVI and connectivity for PFS, PFCS, software & electrical, with interfacing with several controls equipment suppliersALTEN Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
