This hands-on position involves implementing modern DevOps practices to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability. You will lead a team of DevOps and Infrastructure Support professionals, driving best practices and strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage product systems analysis and programming activities, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.Collaborate with technology leaders to optimize our technology environment.Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and Infrastructure Support fluence the direction of DevOps for Enterprise Risk Management and Service Support products.Transition the team to adopt modern DevOps concepts and practices.Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the company's reputation.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Experience with CICD pipelines, containerized applications, and modern DevOps practices.Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, and cloud architecture.Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and manage global technology teams.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Bonus Points:Experience with AI-focused architectures and edge computing platforms.Strong scripting skills for automation and tooling.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Unlimited PTO programIf you are passionate about transforming the retail experience and ready to lead a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
