Serafina - Server

We are looking for a bartender/server with full availability for shifts including lunches and dinners on both weekdays and weekends. We have a very large and diverse selection of spirits, plus we make our own juices, simple syrups and use a variety of fresh fruits in our cocktails. Candidate should be able to make crafted cocktails, and have an ability to recommend spirits based on the clienteles preferences. Knowledge of wines is important, especially from Italy. There is a coffee machine at the bar for making espresso and espresso based drinks as well-- can train for coffee machine. There is food service at the bar and a familiarity with Italian cuisine to assist customers is beneficial. Some shifts will also be working in the main dining room as a server, as we get quite busy. These will be separate shifts from the bartending ones.
