In this role you will support the development and maintenance of key strategic partnerships working closely with internal teams and external partners to help drive growth and achieve business goals.Job Description: Maximize impact of partnerships in alignment with the bank's growth strategy including identification, research and evaluation of potential opportunities and defining strategic approachDevelop presentations and materials for partner meetings e.g. preparing pitch decks and managing responses to RFPsSupport the management and execution of partnership agreements and contract negotiationsCoordinate across internal teams and external partners to execute partnership initiativesMonitor and evaluate ongoing partnership success by managing and tracking key milestonesKPIs to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with business objectives providing performance updates to senior leadershipEstablish and nurture a pipeline of potential partners, conduct market research and incorporate external trends to shape partner strategy and monitor industry trendscompetitor activitiesWork closely with Santander Group's global innovation centers and Global partnership teams in identifying and pursing opportunities in the USEducation: Bachelor's Degree required: Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Economics.Work Experience: 5+ Years of experience in Management Consulting or Financial Services in Partnerships, Business Development or Product roles.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
