Peak Partners has a client who is a well-established Maryland law firm in search of a Paralegal for their Trusts & Estates practice. This is a hybrid role located in Baltimore, MD. The salary is commensurate on experience.Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of the probate processPrepare federal and state estate tax returnsRun various tax projectionsCoordinate the preparation of all appraisals and income tax returns (individual and fiduciary)Handle all aspects of trust administrationPrepare fiduciary accountingsDistribute to beneficiariesConduct tax planningCoordinate fiduciary income tax return preparationRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree andor a paralegal certificate3-5 years of experience in the administration of large and complex estates3-5 years of experience in all types of trustsProficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AdobeIf you think you have the qualifications stated above and are interested in exploring a new opportunity, we will welcome the chance to review your resume and talk further.
