Quality Engineer Customer / Supplier (CQE/SQE)

Multi-Billion Dollar International Manufacturing Company located in Peachtree City GA is looking for a Supplier Customer Quality Engineer (CQESQE)Handle customer complaints independently, ensuring timely and effective itiate and collaborate on the processing of internal deviations to maintain quality standards.Manage change requests autonomously, ensuring smooth implementation and communication.Conduct independent risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.Participate in audits to support compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Lead the implementation of new projects as needed, adhering to defined specifications and timelines.QualificationsBachelor's Degree1+ Year CQE or SQE experience working in a plant manufacturing environmentAdvanced knowledge of manufacturing processes, including product and process workflows.Experience working under established Quality Systems (i.e. ISO 9001)Extensive experience in customer relationship management within a technical environmentProblem Solving and Root Cause Analysis methodologies (i.e. 8D's 5 Whys etc.)Lean, Six Sigma and FMEA experience is a plus.Problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies (e.g. 8Ds, 5 Whys, Fishbone analysis)
