We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and thank all who apply; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Position DescriptionThe ideal candidate will support financial operations by assisting with journal entries, managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and generating reports to provide valuable insights into business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately post and process journal entries to ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and compliant with accounting standards.Manage and update accounts receivable by issuing invoices and tracking payments, while overseeing accounts payable through timely reconciliations and expense verification.Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Oversee and process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee compensation in accordance with company policies.Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly financial reports, providing insights into financial performance and key metrics.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Strong communication skills, both writing and verbally.A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP), and excellent knowledge of MS Office.Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reportingEqual Employment OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
