If you have a strong background in industrial sales and a passion for building client relationships, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory by nurturing relationships with existing accounts and securing new ones.Create strategic game plans to establish new accounts and expand the current customer base.Identify barriers to opportunity and devise actionable strategies to overcome them.Conduct regular visits and calls to customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.Collaborate closely with customers to support their business growth and development.Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends to leverage opportunities and address challenges.Coordinate with inside sales and branch personnel to ensure customer needs are met plete all required reporting, including scheduling, target account tracking, call reports, and expense documentation.Qualifications:Proven experience in industrial sales or a related field.Open to candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, heating, electrical, or construction.Experience selling the following products preferred- Victaulic fittings, Weld fittings, Pipe, Valves, Gauges etc.Self-directed with a strong initiative to achieve goals independently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.Proficient in PC usage, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Top Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
