This is a full-time, in-office hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home when needed. The Salesperson will play a critical role in driving new business, fostering client relationships, and promoting our commercial real estate investment opportunities. This role involves regular commuting to client locations and occasional cold-calling to establish new connections.Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients by promoting Kingsbarn's real estate investment opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their investment journey.Develop a clear understanding of Kingsbarn's investment portfolio and convey their value proposition effectively to clients. Conduct cold-calling and outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation efforts. Stay compliant with California state laws and regulations governing real estate sales. Represent Kingsbarn with a professional and polished outward appearance, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence. Travel to sales locations and client meetings as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management.
