Today Pyou Global presents you a new vacancy: for the USA branch of a premium Italian manufacturing company operating in the food, pastry and beverage industry, we are looking for aBUSINESS DEVELOPER with Italian - USA (FA.2401109.CF)The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful Junior profile, with passion and experience in the Food & Beverage sector, with good communication skills. Preferably a Business Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. HeShe will report to the branch Director and will be coordinated by the Sales Manager of the East Coast area, hisher tasks will be:Execute Sales Strategies: Manage the assigned territory by identifying and closing business opportunities through territory management, client profiling, and building relationships with both existing and potential customers.Manage Sales Pipeline and CRM: Use available tools (CRM, virtual meetings, etc.) to manage the sales pipeline, conduct cold calls, deliver effective presentations and proposals, and keep the CRM updated with customer information.Build Customer Relationships and Provide Technical Support: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and technical consultants (gelato makers, pastry chefs), supporting distributor and client education through technical training.Sales Analysis and Forecasting: Monitor sales data by territory, client, and product category, forecast and maintain proper stock levels, and provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and forecasts.Event Management and Educational Support: Assist in organizing local events, trade shows, and sales meetings, as well as supporting the recruitment of technical educators and executing local training courses.Requirements:minimum of 12 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sectorOne-Three years of working experience as Business Developer would be a plusUse logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems, and talk to others to convey information effectivelyTravel within the assigned territory (Northern East Coast, USA)Italian native level knowledge, English working profiency knowledgeCommunicate appropriately and in a timely manner with direct supervisorReturn phone calls and e-mails within 24 hoursCheck e-mail regularly and assist with Technical callsSubmit detailed Report to supervisor weekly (Prospect Report)Able to conduct Virtual meeting and streamingAble to use CRM softwareLift up to 25 poundsRemuneration package: competitive offer (according to candidate's experience)Workplace: Northern East Coast, USAAre you interested in this vacancy?
