We are a boutique staffing firm located in the Chicago loop and we are seeking an Business Administrator to join our team! This is an ideal position for a motivated, numbers-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and an exciting opportunity to work with a growing, energetic and progressive staffing firm! This role offers a competitive salary range of $60-90k+.Responsibilities of the Business Administrator:Responsible for processing payroll for temp employees on a weekly basisResponsible for performing various accounting functions; including AR, AP, payroll, invoicing, billing, and weekly financial reportsPerform collections callsManage various office services functions; troubleshooting technical equipment, ordering office supplies, setting up new employees on phonesemailetc.Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual marketing initiativesNavigate through various types of recruiting software to execute work orders, payroll, invoicing and billingServe as the secondary receptionist for overflow and back up purposes to ensure our clients and candidates receive the best customer service possibleResponsible for additional administrative tasks as neededRequirements of the Business Administrator:Must be detail-oriented, people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceExperience in payroll and billing preferred, time-billing is a plusIdeal candidate would have professional services experienceAdvanced knowledge of Word and Excel are requiredExcellent writing skillsStrong customer service skillsWhat we offer:We are committed to creating a supportive and rewarding environment for our team.
