Benefits Coordinator, North America Human Resources Center of ExcellenceThe Benefits Coordinator is an essential part of the INEOS Enterprises' Human Resources Department. The position assists employees with benefits enrollment and questions, verifies all insurance billing, maintains employee database and files, and ensures compliance with required benefit notices. Responsibilities:Assist with administration of various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefitsConduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system as needed Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deductionAssist employees with health, dental, life and other related benefit inquiriesEnsure distribution of required employee noticesAssist HR manager in completing benefits reporting requirementsOther duties as assignedQualifications: Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Resources or related fieldExperience in Human Resources or benefits administration is preferredKnowledge of employee benefits is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrict attention to detail and ability to multitaskAdvanced organizational and time management skillsStrong research, analytical, decision making and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changingcompeting prioritiesProficient with Excel (formatting, pivot tables, functionsformulas, Vlookup, etc.) and PowerPoint
