A Leading Beauty Retailer is seeking an HR Associate to join their team on a contract basis. This is an onsite, contract role in San Francisco. In this role, you will manage employee relations and act as the first point of contact for all employees"”a warm and engaging presence is a must! This is a great opportunity for a quick learner who is excited about building their experience within the Human Resources space while getting the exciting chance to work at a leading company.** This is a 6-month, remote contract role in San Francisco, pay will be $25-27hr**What you'll do:Act as the main point of contact and resource for all employees regarding employee relation inquiriesManage the employee relations inboxHandle all COVID-19 issues and investigations, including providing formal written documents to associates and the Legal team, as neededLaunch COVID response and maintain up to date with guidelinesPull regular analysis reports in Excel and present them to managementMaintain the internal database with the utmost accuracyAid with additional projects as needed by the HR teamWhat you'll need:Ideally 1-2+ years of experience in HR roleExperience with handling ticket requests is required.Experience with payroll, subpoenas, appeals, and working knowledge of California Labor LawsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWarm and positive with a service-oriented mindsetAbility to handle confidential information in a discreet mannerMeticulous attention to detail and organizationYou can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting homecandidate.
