More information on Arixa can be found at Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional and proactive ReceptionistExecutive Assistant to manage the front desk and provide high-level support to key executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and adaptable, excelling at balancing administrative responsibilities with executive assistance duties.Summary of Primary Responsibilities:The ReceptionistExecutive is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. While not an exhaustive list, the ReceptionistExecutive Assistant will be responsible for:Front Desk Management:Answering and directing phone calls promptly and professionally.Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.Signing for packages and ensuring timely distribution.Sorting incoming mail.Backup support to Office Manager as needed.Executive Assistance:Providing executive support to 2 Managing Directors (one located in Arizona, one in Los Angeles, including scheduling meetings and appointments.Assisting the VP of Marketing and Marketing team with administrative tasks.Scheduling meetings across various departments and coordinating calendars.Notary Services:Acting as the company notary (training and certification costs covered by the company).Special Projects:Supporting special projects and other assignments as directed.Requirements Proven experience in a receptionist or administrativeexecutive assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced, professional environment.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Notary certification (or willingness to obtain certification; company will cover costs).Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. CompensationThis position is full-time, non-exempt full time, with Salary Range: $60,000-70,000 (depending upon experience), plus discretionary bonus potential.
