Hours required:
Wednesday & Thursday 5pm-11pm
Friday 5pm-midnight. Shifts may be 30 minutes to an hour later based on volume and efficiency. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements. You'll be responsible for keeping the dish pit orgranized and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean. Your pace is critical to turning tables, so a strong work ethic is key to success.
