Key Responsibilities:Serve as the strategic leader for all Human Resources functions across the U.S., partnering with executive leadership to drive initiatives in talent acquisition, immigration, performance management, talent development, compensation, and benefits.Provide expert guidance to management on HR topics such as organizational development, staffing, compensation strategies, and policy implementation.Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staffing efforts while managing relationships with external staffing agencies.Oversee compliance initiatives, including training programs and government reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate employee data in payroll and HRIS systems, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.Support departmental leaders in salary planning, addressing compensation inequities, and aligning recommendations with business goals.Administer health and safety programs, workers' compensation, and internal investigations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.Drive performance management processes, including employee reviews and development plans, to enhance workforce effectiveness.Manage employee relocations, certifications, and training programs to ensure compliance and professional growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience encompassing the areas listed above.At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, demonstrating a proven track record of strategic impact.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Hands-on experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and ADP.
