Compensation Manager

CompExecs is assisting a rapidly growing, publically traded, "tech-forward", regional bank in their search for a Compensation Manager (reports to the SVP, Total Rewards). This is a high-level, individual contributor position with a hybrid work arrangement (three days per week in the office in NYC). They are seeking an intellectually agile compensation professional, with broad-based, sales, and executive compensation design and delivery experience. The successful candidate will have both a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get into the details of the work and the capability to lead and evolve the compensation strategy.
