A manufacturing client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a HR Generalist. This individual will report into their on-site HR Director. This role will be the main point of contact for the employees when interacting with the Human Resource Department and encompasses a true generalist function by taking on a multi-faceted role. Responsibilities include:• Responsible for the recruitment process by utilizing various recruitment tools and methods to source diverse clients. Review and scan candidates' applications, making assessments on best fit for the organization. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the hiring manager to extend offer letters and process onboarding.• Coordinate and process termination paperwork. Conduct exit interviews and offboarding.• Maintaining HRIS system, ADP Workforce, including employees' files and reportingmetrics.• Regulate and run the payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution. • Utilize the payroll processing system proficiently to manage timekeeping, pay calculations, and resolve payroll related inquiries.• Support employee events and meetings by ordering catering or other requirements.• Promote HR events and programs to enhance job satisfaction in the workplace.Required Skills & Experience• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 3-5 years of HR Generalist Recruitment experience.• Bilingual in Spanish.• Experience utilizing ADP Workforce or similar HRIS System• Payroll processing experience. • Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL Monday-Friday.Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceAviationmanufacturing industry experience.• Quantum ERP pensation:$70,000 to $100,000.00 per year annual salary.
