Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Solution Consultant with expertise in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that address our clients' complex supply chain challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis and a proven ability to align technology capabilities with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements. Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications. Present customized solutions using Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse that align with client needs. Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse. Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. Configure and customize Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse to meet client requirements. Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization. Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery. Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery. Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions. Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design. Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
