Construction Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Wing Partners is looking for an energetic Project Manager who is technically trained in architecture, construction, or a related field. You'll be responsible for the successful installation of our interior architectural wall system, gaining valuable experience in many aspects of interior construction. After training, you will be in control of the full project: placing bids, submitting shop drawings, attending construction meetings and managing installation labor, to checking the punch list for quality assurance. Please note that this is not a design role. Though you may consult with designers on the capabilities of our wall system, this role is to coordinate the build-out of our clients' designs. RESPONSIBILITIES (After Training Period) ·       Proactively manage entire projects from bidding to completion ·       Review construction documents, put together estimates ·       Develop shop drawings ·       Field verification measurements ·       Attend construction coordination meetings and review site conditions ·       Installation organization and supervision, communicating directly with GC REQUIREMENTS ·       Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel & Microsoft Word ·       Be able to read and understand construction documents ·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment ·       Personable - must communicate with end users, designers, GC's and labor ·       Must be self-driven, detail-oriented and well organized ·       Engineering background is a plus COMPENSATION & TIME 40 hours per week with typical hours being from 9am-6pm, occasional meetings starting at 8am. Salary ranges from $65 - $80K annually based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental.
