Role: Business Development Representative Basis: Full Time Location: Remote or Hybrid (New York, NY or Atlanta, GA) Fynn is expanding rapidly, and we're growing our team to support and drive this growth. We are looking for inquisitive individuals with a passion for sales to join our Sales Development team. Even if you don't tick every box but you're passionate and driven, we'd love to hear from you. Does this sound like you? As a BDR at Fynn, you will be the first touchpoint for potential clients. You will play a key role in generating new business by sourcing, developing, and qualifying opportunities through strategic and targeted outreach, in close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams. Our BDR team is the engine of our revenue growth and is vital to our success. A genuine passion for senior living and technology is crucial in this rapidly evolving field. As this is a sales role, your success will be measured by your ability to meet quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and team-closed business. What you will be doing day to day: Engage in continuous learning and professional development Contribute to a collaborative team environment Work with partners across various industries and sectors Qualify leads, contacts, and accounts to identify use cases and opportunities Maintain active engagement with both new and existing leads through creative follow-up strategies Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to advance qualified pipeline through the sales cycle Develop insights to help qualify customer needs Communicate the value of our platform rather than just technical features Build credibility and trust with internal teams and external partners Develop and maintain senior living industry knowledge, staying up to date with trends to position Fynn to potential customers Track engagement internally to enable data-driven decisions Show adaptability and flexibility within a dynamic and growing sales organization Achieve quarterly targets for generating qualified opportunities Compensation and Benefits: Base Compensation $60,000-$70,000.
