What You'll Do: Forge strong, lasting connections with both new and existing clients, becoming their trusted expert in landscaping. Conduct on-site visits and provide personalized advice, presenting customized proposals that align with client goals and budgets. Partner with our talented internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, on time and on budget. Monitor project progress, swiftly addressing any issues to maintain client satisfaction and ensure top-quality results. The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who is a natural communicator, skilled at building and nurturing long-term client relationships. You're knowledgeable about the green industry, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for perfection. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within landscaping or facilities management. Solid knowledge of landscaping practices, horticultural products, and maintenance standards. Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in CRM and project management software. Valid driver's license.
